Pochoir coloring
Pochoir coloring [French: "pochoir" = stencil] is the term used for a method of coloring prints, using a stencil made of cardboard or plastic that leaves the parts to be colored exposed. The technique of pochoir coloring was used especially in the printing of fashion journals but also by artists such as P. Picasso, M. Ernst, J. Miró and Salvador Dalí.
