In 1965 the art group "Geflecht" was founded as a combination of the two groups "WIR" and "Spur". The name "Geflecht" (network) also represents the group's program. The group from Munich targeted hierarchies and conventional systems. The group consisted of artists such as Reinhold Heller, Florian Köhler, Heino Naujoks, Helmut Rieger, Helmut Sturm, Hans-Peter Zimmer and temporarily also Hans Matthäus Bachmayer, Heimrad Prem and Lothar Fischer. In 1968 the group broke up.
