Letter signed. Paris "28. thermidor an 10 de la Republique" (= 15. /16. VIII. 1802). 1/2 page. - To the secretary of the Interior, with the request to read the enclosed letter, the subject of a conversation earlier that day, and to share his opinion about it with him, Napoléon. On writing paper with an engr. vignette, depicting Marianne.
