Binding slightly scuffed, joints brittle in places, upper spine end and edges partly restored. All in all well-preserved inside clean copy.

Fine scholion printing with commentary and notes surrounding the text, further many woodcut initials and vignettes. 17th cent. calf on raised bands with gilt spine, boards with gilt fillets and corner florets and arabesque vignette. - 1 nn. leaf (foreword to NT) misbound. Partly some waterstaining and minor worming. Binding slightly bumped, joints partly torn, upper spine end and edges partly restored. Else good, inside clean copy.
