• A deftly balanced composition with intriguing accentuation.
• In the year of its creation, Winter had his first post-war solo exhibition in Munich and in five other German cities.
• Winter is one of the leading representatives of German Informalism.
• The artist's works are at renowned museums, among them the Pinakothek der Moderne, Munich, the Centre Georges Pompidou, Paris, and the Museum of Modern Art, New York.

In good condition. With a small scuff in the left margin of the image. With isolated tiny stains and a few small abrasions that do not impair the overall impression. Mounted on the stretcher with paper tape along the edges of the image. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the help of a UV light source and to the best of our knowledge and belief.
