The work is registered in the Hermann Gerlinger Collection with the number SHG 883 e. [AR].
• Winter- and snow landscapes are among Cuno Amiet's preferred motifs.
• The year the print was made he met the "Brücke" members in person, even though he had already joined the group in 1906.
• He was one of the most important Swiss artists of Modernism.
