With estate stamp of the Basel Kunstmuseum on verso (Lugt 1570 b) and the registration number "B Be/Bf 101". On wove paper. 45 x 57,5 cm (17,7 x 22,6 in), the full sheet.
Drawing with several figures with a strong and energetic stroke, its spontaneous execution indicates that it was made on the spot. [KD].
The work is registered in the Ernst Ludwig Kirchner Archiv, Wichtrach/Bern.
PROVENANCE: Private collection South Germany.
In very good condition. Corners and lower centre with minimal crease marks, smoothed.
