First edition of the nice book on organ building, with numerous illustrations, rich in detail (some on folding plates). "Containing specifications, designs, and full instructions for making every portion of the instrument." (subtitle) With a 7-page index at the end. - A facsimile edition of this original was released by the Organ Literature Foundation in 1971 . - With minor foxing in places of margins, rear board somewhat damp-stained; all in all a very nice and well-preserved copy.
