Report of an expedition of a small group of scientists (the zoologist Prof. Dammerman, the botanist Dr. Boudeyn, the geologists Dr. Neumann and Dr. Ulrich) with the steamboat Rigal to the Krakatoa islands, published in a small edition and not for commerce. Album compiled privately by one of the participants. - The photographs, mostly in a 8,5 : 11,5 cm format, show the travelling party, various detail views of the island and the eruption of the submarine crater of Ana Rakata in November 1932.
