• Friedrich Karl Gotsch is from the lost generation of German expressionists.
• From 1921 to 1923 he was master student ofOskar Kokoschka.
• Works by the artist are part of, among others, the Collection Buchheim, Bernried, and the collection of the Museum Petit Palais in Geneva.
PROVENANCE: Art trader Hattesen, Flensburg (with a stamp on the reverse).
