(the last blank), 62 pp., 4 ll. (the first blank), pp. 63-94, 9 ll. (the first blank), pp. 95-200, 19 ll. (the first blank), pp. 201-406, 7 ll. (the first blank), pp. 407-443, 22 ll., pp. 444-728, 4 ll., pp. 729-774, 2 ll, pp. 775-793, 4 ll., pp. 794-827, 6 ll. - Somewhat stained in places and partly slightly browned, thumb index partly removed, 12 ll. with marginal tears (some rebacked with tape), 1 l. with small rebacked defective spot, title and first ll. with minor marginal defects. Metal clasps removed, corners and edges scuffed, spine ends chipped.
