Rothmann expresses his belief in the doctrine of signatures in plants and in the influence of the stars. He has tried to set forth the canons of chiromancy in a brief system form, to contribute some observations of his own, and to substantiate the asserted harmony of chiromancy and astrology by a number of living examples" (Thorndike). - Titel in Rot und Schwarz. - Titel gestempelt.
