Signed, dated and titled, as well as monogrammed "H" in the porinting block. From an edition of 10 known copies. On slightly grayish paper. 17.3 x 11.4 cm (6.8 x 4.4 in). Sheet: 36,9 x 23,6 cm (14,5 x 9,2 in).

• The female nude is the central motif of the Dresden "Brücke" artists.
• Rare. Only 10 copies known.
• Today 4 copies are museum-owned: Brücke Museum, Berlin, Staatliche Kunsthalle Karlsruhe, Museum Folkwang, Essen, and Staatsgalerie Stuttgart.
PROVENANCE: Erich Heckel Estate, Hemmenhofen.
