Sehr selten, kein Exemplar im Jahrbuch der Auktionspreise und im ABPC. - Rechtfertigung des Paters Aznar Cardona für die 1609 beschlossene (und weitgehend realisierte) Vertreibung der nahezu 300.000 Morisken aus Spanien. - Tlw. gebräunt und vereinz. leicht fleckig, erste 40 Bll. mit Wurmspur im Rand (meist hinterl.; vereinz. Buchstabenverlust der gedruckten Marginalien), Titel mit gelöschtem Namenszug, Titel und letztes Bl. mit kl. Sammlerstempel. VDeckel mit Fehlstelle im Bezug, Rücken mit kl. Läsuren.First and only edition of this important source for the expulsion of the Moriscoes in Spain. Very scarce, no copy in ABPC. With woodcut title-border. Flex. contemp. vellum. - Partly browned, here and there slight staining, first 40 leaves with marginal worming (mostly backed, minor loss of the printed marginalia), title with deleted ownership inscription, small collector's stamp to title and last leaf. Defective spot to front covering, back with small damages.
