Guerin 39, 6 (of 6), Harris 53, 6 (of 6). Strong black impression on yellowish laid paper (with watermark "a Brunelle"), with full margin and book binding folding at top. 8,8 x 17,7 cm (3,4 x 6,9 in). Sheet: 15,3 x 23,5 cm (6 x 9,2 in).
Published in 1867 in the 1st edition of the small brochure by Emile Zola, "Edouard Manet, étude biographique et critique", published by E. Dentu.
Attached: The original brochure by Emil Zola (without wrapper) as well as an etching by Bracquemond, portrait of Manet. [CB].
