Livingston S. 454. - Schöner breitrandiger Pressendruck in Blau und Schwarz auf kräftigem Papier. - "The Bombay edition of the works of Rudyard Kipling consists of 1050 copies, printed by R. & R. Clark from the Florence Press type, designed by Herbert P. Horne and lent by Chatto & Windus, the proprietors of the type. The contents of the Bombay edition are all protected by copyright" (Druckvermerk). Im ersten Band Vortitel von Kipling signiert. - Bei zwei Bänden RVerg. etw. verblaßt; ansonsten von wenigen geringfüg. Bereibungen abgesehen sehr schönes und sauberes Exemplar in prachtvollen, wohl erhaltenen Einbänden.Vols. I - XXIII of the famous Bombay edition, vol. I signed by the author. Splendid signed marocco bindings by Hatchards Piccadilly, with gilt spine and top edge gilt. - 2 spines faded, otherwise well preserved and clean copy in very decorative bindings.
