Rut Bryk belongs among the most renowned post war ceramic artists. Her works, which have both abstract as well as figurative elements, are in possession of renowned museums all over the world, for instance in the London Victoria & Albert Museum or in the Amsterdam Stedelijk Museum. Our work is from one of the most important periods around the 1960s, when she put modular composed forms in the focus, using traditional indian and Southern European cereamic art as sources of inspiration.
