Signed, dated "Paris 1982" and inscribed with Japanese characters. Onn firm wove paper by Arches (with watermark and embossing stamp). 65.7 x 103 cm (25.8 x 40.5 in), the full sheet.
Expressive work by one of the most acclaimed representatives of Japanese abstraction. The work was made during the artist's stay at the Centre Georges Pompidou in Paris in 1982. [FS].
