• Created as a joint work by Uecker and Fongi on the occasion of the 1972 European Football Championship.
• Since 1962, Uecker has nailed everyday objects, taking them out of their usual context and raising them to a new level of meaning.
• Uecker devotes his entire creative power to liberate art from established norms and constraints.
