• He exhibited at documenta several times since 1972 and participated in the Venice Biennale in 1984. In 2007 the Schirn Kunsthalle in Frankfurt mounted a retrospective of his work.
• His paintings can be found in many major collections, including the MoMA, New York; Stedelijk Museum, Amsterdam; and the Pinakothek der Moderne, Munich, among others.
In good condition. The condition report was compiled in daylight with the help of an ultraviolet light and to the best of knowledge.
