Roethel 168. Signed. Monogrammed in teh stone. From an edition of 200 copies on this type of paper. On wove paper. 27.5 x 23.4 cm (10.8 x 9.2 in). Sheet: 35,5 x 27,5 cm (13,9 x 10,9 in).
The sheet announced as color woodcut in the portfolio was actually realized as a color lithograph, cf. Roethel, p. 452, note. 14.

• "Well, the whole execution is one-off" (W.Kandinsky to Galka Scheyer on May 4, 1932 after Roethel, p.452)
• Made during Kandinsky's time at the Bauhaus in Weimar
• Other sheets from this edition are in possession of the Metropolitan Museum, New York, the Museum of Occidental Art, Tokyo and the Kongelige Kobberstiksamling, Copenhagen.
