Ramié 244. With the scratched inscription "Edition Picasso", "Madoura" and the number on the underside. With stamped inscriptions "Edition Picasso" and "Madoura Plein Feu". One of 300 copies. 23 x 11.5 x 24 cm (9 x 4.5 x 9.4 in). [EH].

• Picasso began working in ceramics in the late 1940s.
• Picasso made ceramics of an exceptional quality in cooperation with the Madoura workshop.
PROVENANCE: Private collection North Rhine-Westphalia.
In good condition. All in all slightly soiled. With a rubbed spot below the rear nozzle from the making.
