Die kirchlichen Rechtsquellen wurden nach dem Vorbild des Corpus Iuris Civilis zusammengefaßt. - Das vorliegende Werk ohne die Dekretalen von Gregor IX. und die Sammlung Gratians (Decretum divi Gratiani). - Schöner Scholiendruck in Schwarz und Rot mit zahlr. Holz- und Schrotschnitt-Initialen. - Titel zu den Clementinen verbunden, ohne den Titel zu Liber Sextus. Wasserrandig, erste 5 Bll. eng angefalzt, erste 3 Textbll. mit Läsuren (etw. Textverlust, tlw. ausgebessert).
With 2 col. genealogical woodcut plates, 1 genealogical woodcut in text and numerous woodcut and metal cut initials (partly coloured). New card board (repaired) with horn application. - Lacking title of Liber Sextus, misbound title of Clementinen. Waterstained, first 5 ll. closely bound in, first 3 text ll. with damages (partly loss of printed matter, partly repaired).
