• Through the combination of abstract and figurative elements, Nay creates a poetic interpretation of the ancient myth of Eurydice bitten by the snake
• From the fascinating "Hekate period" (1945-48), in which Nay reflects on the events of the recent past, often using mythological themes
• After the years of defamation, important solo exhibitions took place in 1946/47, and the artist met important collectors, as well as his future wife Elisabeth Kerschbaumer.
