Well-preserved and broad-margined copy of this collective edition of canonic legal texts. Contains the continuation of the Summa Pisanella, written in 1338 by the Dominican Bartholomäus Sancto Concordio, completed in 1444 by the Franciscan Nicolaus de Ausmo. The extension cover jurist elements of the Summa Pisanella . The second part by the Conventual Franciscan Astesanus (died around 1330), Alexander de Nevo addresses Jewish moneylenders from a Christian perspective. - With traces of damp in places, first white leaf with restored defective corner.
