Oil on canvas, doubled.
Signed lower right. 60 : 100 cm (23,6 : 39,3 in). The landscape and marine painter Evert Moll works in London, Paris and Rotterdam, until he finally settles in The Hague in 1930. His atmospheric views of harbours are coined by an easy, impressionistic stroke of brush and clearly show the influence of the Hague School. [AS]
