Signed, dated and inscribed in lower right. On creme paper. 33.5 x 45 cm (13.1 x 17.7 in), the full sheet.
Verso with a ink brush study "Blick über den See", signed and dated "12".
• Erich Heckel was a founding member of the expressionist artist group “Brücke” (1905-1913)
• Heckel used the intimate motif of the sleeping woman in many of his creative periods
