Pictographic depictions of indigenous Australian have been met with increasing recognition since the 1970s. Mick Namarari Tjapaljarri is the first artist who exclusively works with lines. His works are at, amongst others, the Art Gallery of New South Wales, the Kelton Foundation, Los Angeles, and the Collection Essl, Klosterneuburg. [EH].
