Lower left signed, dated and inscribed. On firm wove paper. 48.6 x 35.5 cm (19.1 x 13.9 in), the full sheet.
Verso inscribed "Pallast der Abenzerragen in Granada / im Hintergrund ein Thurm der Alhambra" by the artist. Additonally with hand-written notation regarding sale through the court's art trader Felix Fleischhauer. [CB].
PROVENANCE: Felix Fleischhauer, court's art trader, Stuttgart, 79. Auction, 29 October to 4 November 1920; amendment "aus fürstlicher Sammlung" (from a baronial collection) , lot 170.
