EXHIBITION: Galerie Michael Haas, Berlin (with gallery label on stretcher).

The position of Lanskoy within the École de Paris must be seen just the way that we see his world of colors and forms moving in free space. Lanskoy's works can not be classified, they are not subject to any approach to a creation that, remote from all constraints, puts an idea into a form. Works by the artist have a lyrical notion that comes from a merry and friendly color world, as the palette of light colors in this work illustrates. The composition's dynamization in terms of motion is rarely found in works from the early 1960s. The composition remains on one level, a particular sensation of space is not intended.
