Signature stamp on the reverse, along with the estate stamp “The Sam Francis Estate” and the handwritten archive number “SM85-450.” The reverse is also dated “1985” by another hand and bears additional notes, among others "book Lapis". 25.5 x 21.7 cm (10 x 8.5 in), size of sheet.

• Francis is considered one of the most important representatives of Action Painting, though he devoted himself to a more lyrically oriented style.

In good condition. The paper is slightly wavy due to the printing process and shows signs of handling and creases. There is a tiny tear in the upper right corner.
