• Hofer's Ticino landscapes play an important role in his creation. They are an expression of his quest for calm and balance.
• Our work with its characteristic bright facades under a clear blue sky was also made in the Mediterranean mountain landscapes around Lake Lugano.
• Other Ticino landscapes are in possession of, among others, the Museum Ludwig in Cologne, the Staatliche Kunstsammlung in Karlsruhe, the Kunsthalle Mannheim and the Kunst Museum Winterthur.
