"His favorite motif: Munich's Marienplatz in the heart of the city with the protective landmarks of the Marian column and the spires of the Frauenkirche in the glow of bright lights, a firework of colors that almost reminds us of an oriental carpet in neo-impressionistic make." "The works of CHARLES J. PALMI“ (Munich), which reveal an infinitely delicate sense of color and are coordinated with blue and violet in a consistently colored style, are of the greatest interest. Palmié is one of the artists in the group who puts the whole picture together in a mosaic of individual dots; one can achieve tremendously brutal effects with this process - Palmié, on the other hand, utilizes it to create real poems made of dawning fog and soft scent [..].
