Verso inscribed "2708 F" by a hand other than that of the artist, as well as inscribed with direction and an arrow. On wove paper, laid on canvas. 41 x 32.7 cm (16.1 x 12.8 in). [CH].

The work is registered at the Sam Francis Foundation, Pasadena/California with the interims identiofication number SF72-013, and will be included into the forthcoming catalog raisonné "Sam Francis: Catalogue Raisonné of Unique Works on Paper".
