Rudloff 645a. Verso of the neck with the artist's signature, the inscription "X" and the foundry mark "Guss Barth Berlin". One of two casts. Height including base: 47.5 cm (18.7 in). Height without base: 33 cm (12,9 in).
The "Christuskopf" is a part of work "Großes Kruzifix" (Rudloff 645) from the same year. [CE].
Only copy offered on the art market, the other one is in possession of the Gerhard-Marcks Foundation.
