lower right signed. On creme wove paper by Schoeller (with the blindstamp "Schoeller Burg Gretesch"). 65 x 52 cm (25.5 x 20.4 in) , the full sheet.
Verso with inscription. The drawing served as model for the illustration on p. 33 of the first edition of the artist book "Abrechnug folgt!" published by Malik-Verlag, Berlin in 1923. [CB].
Accompanied by a photo expertise issued by Ralph Jentsch, Berlin/Rome, on 8 November 2007. The work will be included into Ralph Jentsch's forthcoming oeuvre catalog of works on paper.
PROVENANCE: From the artist's estate (verso withteh stamp and the hand-written number "3-62-9").
