Lower left signed, lower rigth titled. Verso with the esatte stamp "Sucession Marc Chagall Inventaire No. D2574", there inscribed "Tamar belle fille de Juda p. 38 39" by a hand other than that of the artist. On gray laid paper. 38.5 x 26.7 cm (15.1 x 10.5 in), size of sheet.

Accompanied by a confirmation issued by David McNeil, the artist's son, from 28 January, 1987 (in copy).
