Published by Achenbach Art Edition, Dusseldorf, for the Victoria insurance company, Dusseldorf. Made after the two large-size paintings that Richter made for the head office of the insurance company. As a reference to his commissioner, Richter called these two works, which count among his main works, "Victoria I" and "Victoria II". [JS].
