Rudloff 546. With artist's signet on plinth as wel as with number and foundry mark "Rich. Barth Bln. Mariendorf" at rear edge of plinth. From an edition of 12 copies. 28,5 x 18,5 x 13 cm (11,2 x 7,2 x 5,1 in).
The figure is based on impressions the artist gained at a visit to a Harlem jazz bar during a stay in the USA in 1950. [CB].
