Signed "F. Winter" and dated lower right. With date, title and inscription on verso. 50 x 70 cm (19,6 x 27,5 in).
Franz Alfred Theophil Winter took on the artist name "Fathwinter" in 1949, in which he combined his surname's first letters and his family name. For this reason our early work from 1937 is still signed "F. Winter". [KP].
PROVENANCE: Private collection North-Rhine Westphalia (from artist's estate).
