UCBA I, 714. - Not in Engelmann. - First edition. - Rare publication with large-size views of the Heidelberg castle, among them engraved details of pilars, doors, statues, wall decoration and ornaments. At the beginning with one copper plan of the entire castle complex as well as an engraved view of the facade of the Otto Heinrich-Bau. All drawings were made by Graimberg and G. Dunzinger. Title, introduction and captions in French and German. Size ca. 45,5 : 59,5 cm. - Somewhat foxed in places, 1 plate slightly discolored, partly wit slight marginal blemishes, spine padded with canvas in former times. All in all fine copy of the rare series of views.
