Charcoal and coloured chalk.
Signed lower right. Inscribed in the upper margin 'Abendzeitung'. Inscribed in the lower margin '[S]chon wieder en Lustmord in de Zeitung! Der habn's nich schlecht besorg[t]'. On fine machine laid paper. 14 : 22,6 cm (5,5 : 8,8 in), nearly the full sheet. [KD]
