Exceptionally high quality work by the artist. Our motif was also used as a model for the illustration of the cover of "Das neue Zille-Buch", published by Herbert Reinoß, Hanover 1969/70. [KD]
Watercoloured Pen and India ink drawing over pencil, white heightened.
Signed lower right. With a dedication on the lower margin, erased except for "10/1922". On cardboard. 29,3 : 22,5 cm (11,5 : 8,8 in), size of sheet.

In good condition. Negligibly discoloured. The lower margin softly rubbed due to the erasure of the dedication.
