2 works of Erasmus in 1 vol., each with nice woodcut titleborder, woodcut printer's device in pt. I. Contemp. calf over wooden boards, richly blind- and rollstamped (busts, among them a king) and with 2 brass clasps. - Some waterstaining (stronger at beginning and end), slight browning in places, here and there contemp. marginalia; title of II with marginal piece torn off affecting the border, ownership inscription of 1590 to title of pt. I, front endpapers with extensive note dated 1529, spine renewed using the orig. covering, front board detached.
