Söhn 225 a (of b). Signed, dated, titled and numbered. Monogrammed in the plate. From an edition of 75 copies, of which, according to Söhn, only a few copies were fully printed, of which, in return, parts were destroyed. Aside from 10 de-luxe proofs. On wove paper. 32.5 x 23.3 cm (12.7 x 9.1 in). Sheet: 50 x 33 cm (19,6 x 12,9 in).
According to the catalogue raisonné by Söhn also titled "Umarmung im Mondschein". [AR].
PROVENANCE: Private collection Southern Germany.
Good overall impression. With mount staining and irregular edges, lower right with a cut along the sheet's edge. With small handling marks and creases in margins, with isolated stains and small pinholes.
