Ramié 495. Numbered and inscribed "N° 202", "Edition Picasso" and "Madoura" on the stand. From an edition of 500 copies, however, with deviant inscription 200. Diameter: 25 cm (9.8 in).

• Picasso's ceramics are world-famous and make for an important work group in his creation.
• The special technique offers him various means of expression between painting and sculpting.
• Many museums honored the artist who deceased 50 years ago with special exhibitions in 2023, among them the Centre Pompidou in Paris, the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the Albertina in Vienna, the Fondation Beyeler in Riehen, the Guggenheim-Museum in Bilbao and New York and many more.

In good condition. With spots of craquelure on check and on the tip of the nose, glazing here and there not fully applied.
