The portfolio in a condition consistent of its age, with signs of wear such as rubbing and minimal paper loss in the edges. The half cloth binding frayed at the top, bottom and corners of the portfolio. Ink stains at the top of the title page.
The table of contents creased, especially in the lower margin. The lateral margins with creases. The outer page edges somewhat browned. Isolated light foxing in the right margin
