• The artist, who embodied the modern female type of the 1920s like hardly any other artist, was one of the driving forces in the Berlin art scene and was represented by the renowned Galerie Alfred Flechtheim.
• Animal sculptures are Sintenis' trademark.
• Sintenis created the iconic Berlin Bear in 1956.
