Titled and dated by a hand other than that of the artist (Florian Karsch) on the reverse, as well as inscribed "Von George Grosz selbst erworben, Florian Karsch". On L.L.F. Gilbert machine-made laid paper (France) (with watermark). 62.5 x 48 cm (24.6 x 18.8 in), size of sheet. [EH].

• Made during the artist's lengthy stay in the USA (1932-1959).
Accompanied by a photo expertise from Ralph Jentsch, Berlin, dated August 11, 2022. This work will be included into the forthcoming catalogue raisonneé of works on paper.
