(Jaggard) - " ... it was acknowledged to be superior to any of its predecessors, and the preface commanded universal admiration." (Lowndes) - Slightly foxed in places (the portrait stronger) and browned, 1 corner bumped, 1 cover with trace of scraping. All in all fine and very decorative copy.
